What Is Everyday Cat Hotel? Discover Home-Style Cat Boarding in Central Bangkok
Everyday Cat Hotel is a cat hotel and cat boarding service in central Bangkok, focused on owner-led, home-style care. We offer private cat rooms, with the owner and caregiver living in the same building as the hotel, providing an on-site presence 24 hours a day. Cats also enjoy separate playtime by household, daily photo and video updates, and care options for both short stays, long stays, and selected care routines.
We want Everyday Cat Hotel to be more than simply a place where your cat has a room to stay while you are away.
For cat parents, leaving a cat in someone else’s care involves much more than asking, “Is there a room available?”
You may also wonder:
Will my cat eat normally?
Will they feel stressed?
Is someone there overnight?
Will they get time outside their room?
What happens if my cat is shy or afraid of people?
And if something unusual happens during their stay, will someone notice and help coordinate the next steps?
That is why our approach focuses on close care, understanding each cat’s individual personality, and keeping their daily routine as close to home as reasonably possible.
This is what we call Owner-Led Home Care — warm, attentive care designed to feel like another home, with the hotel owner closely involved in day-to-day care.

Who Is Everyday Cat Hotel Suitable For?
There are many reasons why a cat may need boarding beyond simply going on holiday.
Everyday Cat Hotel welcomes both short stays of just a few nights and longer stays lasting several weeks or months.
Common situations include:
Holidays and weekend trips
Business trips
Work travel outside Bangkok
International travel
Returning to your home country
Working overseas for several months
Studying abroad
Home renovation or repairs
Moving house
Temporary housing situations where keeping a cat is difficult
Family emergencies
A family member becoming ill, making it difficult to care for a cat temporarily
Introducing a new cat into the household when the cats are not yet ready to live together
Temporarily separating cats during an adjustment period
Cats with regular care routines such as daily medication
Cats with an established subcutaneous fluid routine
Everyday Cat Hotel therefore supports Short Stays, Long Stays, and selected specialized care routines, subject to an individual assessment of each cat’s needs.
What Makes Everyday Cat Hotel Different?
1. Owner-Led Home Care — Closely Overseen by the Owner Every Day
One of the most important differences at Everyday Cat Hotel is that the owner closely oversees the hotel and the care of our cats seven days a week.
Bow, the owner of Everyday Cat Hotel, is actively involved in the care of our guests and closely follows the key parts of day-to-day operations.

When we say “owner-led care,” it does not mean Bow performs every task alone. Our caregivers and team work together to care for the cats.
Instead, it means the owner remains directly involved in the hotel’s daily care rather than being separated from its day-to-day operations.
Every cat has a different personality, routine, and individual needs. Having the owner closely involved makes it easier to stay aware of how each cat is doing throughout their stay.
This is at the heart of our Owner-Led Home Care approach.
2. The Owner and Caregiver Live in the Same Building as the Cat Hotel
Bow, the owner of Everyday Cat Hotel, and May, our caregiver, live in the same building as the cat hotel.
This means someone from the care team is present in the building both during the day and overnight.
For cat parents who wonder, “Is someone there at night?”, this is an important part of how our care model differs from facilities where all staff leave the premises after business hours.
We may describe this as:
“24-hour on-site caregiver presence”
or
“A caregiver is on-site 24 hours a day.”
In this context, 24-hour care means that a caregiver lives and remains within the same building as the cat hotel, day and night.
It does not mean:
Every cat is continuously watched every minute
One-to-one supervision is provided 24 hours a day
The front desk is open 24 hours
Check-in or check-out is available at any time of day
Normal check-in, check-out, and customer service hours are 7:00 AM–8:00 PM daily.
3. Home-Style Care Means More Than Keeping Cats in Their Rooms
At Everyday Cat Hotel, Home Care means trying to keep each cat’s daily life as natural and familiar as possible while they are staying away from home.
Our team follows the information provided by the owner, including:
Feeding times
Food portions
Familiar food
Feeding habits
Free feeding, if this is the cat’s normal routine
Regular medication
Care routines
Personality
Likes and dislikes
Behaviors that may require special attention
A cat’s stay is not limited to simply sleeping and eating inside a room.
Cats also have opportunities to come out, walk around, play, explore, and spend time with people depending on their comfort level.
For us, “feeling like home” does not mean trying to reproduce a house exactly.
It means having people who get to know your cat, observe their behavior, maintain their routine as much as possible, and spend time with them rather than simply feeding them and leaving them in their room all day.
4. Personalized Care — Every Cat Is Different
Cats can have very different personalities.
Some cats are playful and sociable. They may come out of their carrier and immediately begin exploring.
Others may be cautious, hide, eat less during the first few days, or prefer not to have unfamiliar people approach them.
That is why Everyday Cat Hotel does not use exactly the same approach with every cat.
For shy or cautious cats, our team may gradually adjust the way we interact with them by:
Giving them time to explore
Avoiding unnecessary physical contact at first
Not forcing interaction
Speaking gently to them
Sitting nearby while they become familiar with us
Introducing toys when they begin to feel comfortable
Petting or touching them only when they are receptive
Gradually increasing interaction as their trust develops
From our experience, many cats who arrive feeling nervous gradually become more relaxed and comfortable with the team after they have had time to adjust.
However, every cat is different, so we cannot guarantee that every cat will overcome their fear or adjust within a specific period of time.
What we can do is try to understand each cat and adapt our approach to suit their individual personality.

Rooms at Everyday Cat Hotel
Private Cat Rooms — No Sharing With Cats From Other Households
Everyday Cat Hotel uses a Private Cat Room system.
Cats from different households are not placed together in the same room.
We offer several room sizes, ranging from rooms for one cat to larger rooms that can accommodate up to five cats from the same household, depending on the room type.
Choosing a room should not be based only on the maximum number of cats it can accommodate.
Other factors to consider include:
Number of cats
Body size
Age
Personality
How well cats from the same household get along
Space requirements
Length of stay
Preference for a Window View room
If you are unsure which room would suit your cats best, our team can help recommend an appropriate option.

The “+” indicates a Window View room. It does not increase the maximum number of cats allowed in the room.
You can find more details on our Room Types page.
What Is Included Inside the Rooms?
Standard room items include:
Wooden platforms
Scratching areas
Litter tray
Sleeping cubby in selected room types
Room S does not include the same sleeping cubby found in the other room categories.
If your cat is used to drinking from a water fountain, you can request one from our team.
Water fountains are not automatically installed in every room because some cats do not use them, while others enjoy playing with the water and may spill it inside the room.
Window View Rooms — Sky and City Views for Cats to Watch
For cats who enjoy sitting by a window and observing the outside world, Window View rooms are available in the following categories:
M+
L+
XL+
XXL+
Depending on the room location, some Window View rooms may overlook:
The sky
Bangkok city views
Buildings in the direction of ICONSIAM
Birds flying past outside at certain times
This can give cats something interesting to watch during the day.
Actual views depend on the position of the room, so not every Window View room has exactly the same view of the ICONSIAM area, and birds will not necessarily be visible all the time.

Playtime and Human Interaction
Cats Do Not Stay Inside Their Rooms All Day
Everyday Cat Hotel has dedicated areas where cats can come out to walk, play, and explore.
Cats are released one household at a time, and cats from different families are not mixed together during Playtime.
We have multiple Playtime areas, allowing cats to experience different surroundings depending on their comfort level and the hotel’s daily operations.
During Playtime, cats may:
Walk and explore
Run and play
Play with toys
Climb and investigate the environment
Spend time with caregivers
Be petted or scratched if they enjoy it
Sit with someone
Interact with people according to their individual comfort level
A typical Playtime session is around one hour.
During normal periods, cats generally receive approximately 3–4 sessions per day.
During High Season, this is generally around 2 sessions per day.
The actual number of sessions may vary depending on occupancy, hotel operations, and what is appropriate for each individual cat, so we do not guarantee a fixed number of sessions every day.

Some Cats Receive Extra One-on-One Time With the Owner
For some cats who are particularly comfortable around people, have suitable personalities, and are considered safe for closer interaction, Bow may occasionally bring them into her private living area to spend additional time together.
In some cases, cats who become especially close to her may even sleep nearby in her bedroom.
This is case-by-case extra personal attention, not a standard service or something guaranteed for every cat.
Every cat has a different personality and level of trust.
The goal is not for every cat to be picked up or constantly surrounded by people.
What matters is understanding what kind of interaction makes each individual cat feel most comfortable.
Feeding Routine — Keeping Things Familiar
Our team follows the feeding times and portions provided by each owner.
We can accommodate:
Dry food
Wet food
Scheduled meals
Free feeding when this is part of the cat’s normal routine
Our goal is to maintain each cat’s usual feeding routine as closely as possible, so they have fewer changes to deal with while adjusting to a new environment.
Food is not included in the room rate, so owners should bring enough of the food their cat normally eats.
The same applies to cat litter. We recommend bringing the type of litter your cat is familiar with.
Our In-Hotel Pet Shop Makes Longer Stays More Convenient
If the food, litter, or essential supplies brought from home begin to run out, you do not necessarily need to return to the hotel just to bring more.
Everyday Cat Hotel has an in-hotel Pet Shop.
Products include:
Cat food
Cat litter
Essential cat supplies
Our team can help arrange additional supplies when needed.
This is particularly useful for:
Multi-day stays
Stays lasting several weeks
Long-term boarding
Owners staying outside Bangkok
Owners traveling overseas
Unexpected extensions to the boarding period
Food or litter running out sooner than expected
For us, the Pet Shop is more than simply a retail space.
It is part of Continuity of Care, helping ensure that your cat’s daily routine can continue even when you are not able to personally bring additional supplies.

Daily Photo and Video Updates
One of the questions cat parents naturally want answered while they are away is:
“How is my cat doing today?”
Everyday Cat Hotel therefore provides photo and video updates every day.
There is no fixed number of photos or videos guaranteed per day because every cat’s personality and daily activity level are different.
The goal is to help owners see how their cat is doing and what they have been up to while they are apart.
CCTV Inside the Room
If you would like to check on your cat yourself, CCTV can be installed inside the room upon request.
CCTV is available for all room categories, but cameras are not permanently installed in every room by default.
Everyday Cat Hotel CCTV system uses the Mi Home / Xiaomi Home application.
You can:
View a live camera feed
Access it from your smartphone
Share access with family members
The current customer-facing system provides:
Live View: Yes
Playback: No
Two-way Talk: No
CCTV fees and promotions may change, so please check the latest details with our team before your cat’s stay.

Air Conditioning, Air Purification, and Cleanliness
Everyday Cat Hotel has air conditioning throughout the hotel and guest room areas to help maintain a comfortable indoor environment for our cats.
For air quality management, we use Amway Atmosphere and AirDog air purifiers, which are high-performance air purification systems designed to help filter dust, airborne particles, and other contaminants.
These units are used throughout the hotel’s overall indoor environment.
We choose to invest in effective air quality systems because cats spend most of their stay indoors, and we believe both cleanliness and the quality of the air they breathe every day matter.
This does not mean that every individual room has its own dedicated air purifier.
Instead, air purifiers are positioned and used across the hotel according to our actual operating setup.
Cleanliness is also an important part of our daily standards, covering:
Guest rooms
Care areas
Playtime areas
Equipment used for the cats
We prefer to communicate what we genuinely do to maintain the environment, cleanliness, and air quality rather than making exaggerated claims such as being “the cleanest.”
Safety and Reducing the Risk of Cats Escaping
One of the biggest concerns for many cat parents is the possibility of their cat escaping.
Everyday Cat Hotel uses a double-door barrier system to help reduce the risk of cats leaving the care area.
The hotel is also located inside an enclosed building, adding another layer between the cat hotel itself and the outdoors.
Together with:
Private rooms
Playtime one household at a time
No mixing of cats from different families
An on-site caregiver presence day and night
our overall setup is designed with escape-risk reduction in mind.

Can My Cat Stay for Several Months?
Yes. Everyday Cat Hotel provides Long-Term Boarding.
We have cared for many cats staying with us for several months, and some have stayed with us for more than three years and are still with us today. For them, Everyday Cat Hotel has gradually become another primary home.
These long-term relationships have taught us that extended boarding is not simply about adding more nights. It is about building a consistent routine and gradually learning each cat’s personality, preferences, and individual needs.
A stay lasting several weeks or months is not simply a matter of adding more nights.
Longer stays require greater attention to continuity and routine.
For long-term guests, our team pays particular attention to:
Feeding routine
Food
Cat litter
Pet Shop supplies
Essential items
Regular medication
Care routines
Photo and video updates
CCTV if requested
Playtime
Communication with owners
Coordination regarding health concerns when necessary
Long-term boarding may be suitable for situations such as:
Working overseas
Studying abroad
Returning to your home country for several months
Moving house
Waiting for new accommodation
Not yet being able to bring your cat to live with you
Family circumstances that temporarily make caring for a cat difficult
Having our Pet Shop on-site also makes it easier to arrange additional food, litter, or essential supplies if the stay lasts longer than originally expected.

Can You Give My Cat Medication?
Yes. Everyday Cat Hotel can assist with regular medication.
Types we can currently help with include:
Tablets
Liquid medication
Topical medication
Owners should provide complete information, including:
Medication name
Dosage
Time
Frequency
Method of administration
Relevant instructions
If medication has been prescribed as part of a veterinary treatment plan, we recommend providing the veterinarian’s instructions whenever appropriate.
There is currently no additional service fee for administering medication.
However, some cats may be difficult to medicate, may resist handling, or may bite or scratch.
For this reason, we cannot guarantee that medication can be successfully administered in every situation.
If difficulties arise, our team will assess the actual situation and communicate with the owner.

Can Cats With Kidney Disease or Subcutaneous Fluid Routines Stay?
In selected cases, Everyday Cat Hotel can assist cats with an established Subcutaneous Fluid Routine.
For example, a cat with kidney disease may already have a veterinarian-prescribed fluid routine, while the owner may be unable to administer the fluids during a period of travel.
Before the stay, owners should provide:
Fluid amount
Frequency
Schedule
Relevant health information
Treatment plan or instructions provided by the veterinarian
Our team assists with the established care routine.
Everyday Cat Hotel does not diagnose medical conditions, change fluid volumes, or modify veterinary treatment plans.
A cat hotel is not a veterinary clinic.
Each case must be assessed individually, and the current service fee should be confirmed with our team.

What Happens if My Cat Becomes Unwell During Their Stay?
If our team notices that a cat appears unwell or shows unusual symptoms during their stay, our general process is:
Observe → Inform the owner → Coordinate the next steps → Visit a veterinarian if necessary
In general, our team will:
Inform the owner
Explain what we have observed
Coordinate the next steps with the owner
Help take the cat to a veterinarian if necessary
Visit a nearby veterinary clinic or animal hospital when appropriate
Coordinate with the owner’s preferred veterinary facility when circumstances allow
Veterinary and medical expenses are the responsibility of the owner.
We cannot guarantee that a cat will never become ill while boarding.
What we can do is pay attention to changes, communicate with the owner, and help coordinate appropriate care when something unusual occurs.
Cat Pick-Up and Drop-Off Service
If you are unable to travel to the hotel yourself, Everyday Cat Hotel can help arrange transportation for your cat.
The cost depends on distance.
For locations close to the hotel, our team may be able to provide the transportation directly.
For locations farther away, we can help coordinate GrabPet where appropriate.
Because transport costs depend on distance, time, and the service provider, please send us your pick-up and drop-off locations so our team can help estimate the cost.

Grooming Transportation Service
If you would like your cat to be bathed or groomed before going home, Everyday Cat Hotel can help with the bathing and grooming by taking your cat to a trusted grooming partner selected by our hotel.
At present, Everyday Cat Hotel does not operate an in-house grooming salon and does not perform the grooming itself.
Our team can help:
Coordinate with the customer
Arrange an appointment with the grooming partner
Take your cat to the appointment
Bring your cat back to the hotel
If you would like to use this service, please let our team know from the day of check-in.
We generally try to arrange grooming approximately 1–2 days before check-out so your cat has time to return to the hotel and rest before going home.
Pricing and appointment availability may change, so please confirm the latest details with our team.

Complimentary Ear Cleaning and Nail Trimming
For cats staying with us, Everyday Cat Hotel currently provides:
Ear cleaning
Nail trimming
with no additional service fee based on our current service information.
These services are separate from our grooming partner packages.
They are small details that reflect how we think about care.
Looking after a cat involves more than simply providing food and keeping the room clean. It also means paying attention to the little things that contribute to their everyday well-being.
Basic Boarding Requirements
To support the health and safety of all cats staying with us, Everyday Cat Hotel has several basic boarding requirements.
Age
Cats must be at least 2 months old.
Health
Cats should be healthy and free from contagious diseases.
Having an existing medical condition does not automatically mean a cat cannot stay with us, provided the condition is not contagious.
Owners should inform our team about:
Existing medical conditions
Current medications
Care routines
Other relevant health information
so the team can assess suitability on a case-by-case basis.
Vaccinations
Cats must have completed their basic vaccinations.
Please bring your cat’s vaccination booklet or other proof of vaccination on the day of check-in.
Spaying / Neutering
Cats aged 1 year or older must be spayed or neutered before boarding.
If your cat is over one year old and has not yet been spayed or neutered, please contact our team in advance.
Everyday Cat Hotel may assist with coordinating the procedure with a veterinary facility, but the hotel does not perform the veterinary procedure itself.
Cats in Heat
We do not accept cats who are currently in heat.
Indoor-Only Cats
Everyday Cat Hotel accepts cats who live 100% indoors.
Flea Prevention
Cats must be free from fleas before boarding.
Regular monthly flea prevention is recommended.
If flea prevention is not part of your cat’s regular routine, it should be administered at least 1 day before check-in.
Behavior
If your cat has behavior that may affect handling or care, such as:
Biting
Scratching
Aggression
Being extremely easily startled
Refusing to be handled by unfamiliar people
please tell our team honestly in advance so we can prepare an appropriate care approach.

What Should I Bring for Check-In?
The main items to prepare are:
Owner identification
Your cat’s vaccination booklet or proof of vaccination
The food your cat normally eats
The litter your cat normally uses
If your cat has:
Regular medication
A care routine
A health-related routine
Specific equipment or essential personal items
please inform our team and prepare the relevant details in advance.
Food and litter are not included in the room rate.
If supplies run low during the stay, our in-hotel Pet Shop can help arrange additional food, litter, or other essentials.
Opening Hours and Check-In / Check-Out
Everyday Cat Hotel is open every day.
Check-in, check-out, and customer service hours: 7:00 AM–8:00 PM
Both check-in and check-out normally take place between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM.
We recommend informing our team of your expected arrival or pick-up time in advance so we can prepare appropriately.
If you need to drop off or collect your cat outside these hours, please contact our team in advance.
Additional charges may apply depending on the situation.
The fact that a caregiver is present in the building 24 hours a day does not mean that check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day.
What Makes Everyday Cat Hotel Trustworthy?
We believe trust should come from things that can be verified.
Based on our current metrics, Everyday Cat Hotel has:
A 5/5 Google Rating
162 Google Reviews
Experience caring for more than 1,000 cats
Close owner oversight 7 days a week
Beyond numbers, we also believe trust comes from:
Real customer reviews
Real photos of our hotel
Real photos of cats who have stayed with us
Real rooms
Real care processes
Honest explanations of what our services can and cannot provide
We want cat parents to make their decision based on real information rather than advertising claims that sound impressive but cannot be verified.
A Friendly Owner Who Is Happy to Talk About Cats
Bow, the owner of Everyday Cat Hotel, takes a friendly and approachable approach to communication.
She is happy to talk about preparing your cat for boarding, helping a cat adjust, or sharing practical experience with cat behavior where appropriate.
Even if you have not yet decided to board your cat with us, you are welcome to ask questions.
However, if your question involves diagnosis, medical treatment, or veterinary decisions, we will recommend speaking with a veterinarian.
Everyday Cat Hotel is a cat hotel, not a veterinary clinic.

Can shy cats stay at Everyday Cat Hotel?
Yes. Shy cats can stay with us.
Our team gradually adjusts the way we approach each cat without rushing or forcing interaction, giving them time to become familiar with the environment and caregivers at their own pace.
From our experience, most cats begin adjusting and becoming familiar with their caregivers within approximately 2–3 days, especially when they have a calm environment, a consistent routine, and people who talk, play, or simply sit with them according to their comfort level.
However, every cat is different. Some adjust more quickly, while others need more time.
Our team observes each cat’s behavior and adjusts the care approach accordingly.

Everyday Cat Hotel — Another Home When You Cannot Be There
For us, cat boarding is not simply about finding an available room.
What cat parents really want to know is:
Did my cat eat today?
Are they starting to feel comfortable?
Did they sleep well?
Do they want to play, or would they rather have some quiet time?
Are they starting to trust the people around them?
Has anything unusual happened?
And if something does happen, will someone notice and help coordinate what needs to be done?
This is why Everyday Cat Hotel focuses on Owner-Led Home Care.
We provide private rooms, multiple Playtime areas, human interaction based on each cat’s comfort level, routine-based care, daily photo and video updates, CCTV, escape-risk reduction measures, an in-hotel Pet Shop, transportation assistance, medication support, selected care routines, and additional services that make both short-term and long-term boarding easier for cat parents.
But the most important part of our approach is simple:
We get to know each cat, understand that no two cats are exactly alike, and do our best to care for them warmly, closely, and in a way that suits their individual personality while they are away from their family.
If you are unsure which room is suitable for your cat, have a shy cat, need medication support, have a special care routine, or simply want to tell us more about your cat before deciding, you are always welcome to talk with the Everyday Cat Hotel team.
